My building has 8 storeys and my apartment is in 5th floor.
I used to go for jogging in the evening time. Meantime, I had seen some people whose regular activity is jogging at the same time.
They were sweaty, when they return from their jogging(seems they ran almost 5 to 6 km).
And most of the people used to near to the elevater to reach their apartment take instead of stairs.
I don’t understand, why People are not realizing that taking steps also one of the exercise…!
