Some people used to schedule their task by the hour or a minute basis in a day. But sometimes they failed to achieve their goal on their scheduled time.
I had a regular basis to go for a jogging in a scheduled time at evening. Because of some commitment, I forced to bunk it on some days. But I used to continue my jogging on the next day without fail. I have an eager, motivation, and commitment to catch up my schedule.
So, some of the time you can be slipped away from the line of your goal or achievement but you have to avoid those struggles and again comes back to achieve your goal..!
You need a commitment from/to you and yourself.
