People would respond very faster to list out their worries rather than list out their happiness in their life.
The reason behind that we are just thinking over again and again about worries,failure,faults,future,etc., which took a permanent place in our mind. It allows us to create more worries and filling our worry bucket.
But if you try to give your time to think about your happiness of what you did in past, what will you do in future, etc., which would give you tremendous changes in your life. It will fill your mind with happiness and destroy your worries.
